A spectacle for all senses - our anniversary evening at Monti's Variété
A few days ago, we celebrated our company anniversary in a special setting – the breathtaking atmosphere of Monti's Variété. A Christmas spectacle that enchanted the senses and transported us for a moment into a world of magic. A celebration that brought together not only us, but also our business partners, friends and families.
Today was a special day at Gsell – National Future Day! Six interested kids were given an insight into the world of medical technology. After a presentation about Gsell, many different careers and the manufacture of implants and medical instruments, a surprise awaited them in the cafeteria. A tasty break and festive Gsell Advent calendars made the day even sweeter. For the rest of the morning, the children had the chance to look over their parents' shoulders. The highlight: in the afternoon, they made their own personalized ruler and learned about various process technologies. A creative and exciting day that hopefully inspired some young talents.
Don’t miss this highlight: MEDevice 2024 takes place in the Santa Clara Convention Center - Silicon Valley. It is a one-of-a-kind expo and education event dedicated to advancing medical device innovation. Here, new innovations are presented, networking takes place and new ideas are developed together. To celebrate our company's 40th anniversary, we went on a two-day team event that literally took us “high up” – to 2132 meters above sea level. On the majestic Pilatus, we experienced an unforgettable trip that brought our team closer together and provided many magical moments.

A giant truck arrives, loaded with new 5-axis milling machines that are used specifically for the production of reusable carbon fiber instruments. The result is improved capacity and an increase in our manufacturing performance.
We can look back on a fantastic week in Chicago. At OMTEC we had the opportunity to make new contacts and enjoy some great conversations. For the well-known reason we had to do without our coveted "Usplämperlitag" before our Christmas vacations. Now we could make up for this day. Due to the bad weather, the walk was replaced by a visit to the cinema and the afternoon was rounded off with a super fine 4-course meal. Many thanks for the great, enjoyable and fun day!!!

Another CAQ module was implemented. The Risk.Net module supports us in the future with the documentation of relevant risks and fulfills the critical requirements of customers or regulatory authorities. Risk management, FMEA and risk analysis are now managed with the new tool.
